Wookiee Cookies:

  • 1/8 pound of shaven wookiee meat, pre-cooked, minced
  • 1 Mysterious Egg
  • 2 1/2 cups of Rienna flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar imported from Kashyyyk and sweetened by the tears of enslaved wookies.
  • 1 stick of butter made from bantha milk
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbs of extinct Alderaanian vanilla extract
  • pinch of Vanixian salt
  • (if on the Rim) a pinch of red spice

Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Place table-spoon-sized mounds of dough on a flat baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 449.8 Kelvin. They should be nice and browning at the edges, yet still soft in the middle.
Remove from oven, allow cool, enjoy.

On Nar Shaddaa, a popular Hutt snack would involve a similar recipe, but using truffle frogs in place of the wookiee meat.

In a Galaxy far, far away, long in the future, a humanoid species also substitutes chocolate for the wookiee meat. Those poor savages.

Crab Enchiladas w/ Sour cream sauce.....!

Crab filling:

1 1/2 pound lump crabmeat
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 1/2 chopped yellow onion
2 pickled jalapenos - chopped - with 1/4th cup of the juice from the can
2 pickled carrots - chopped
2 tomatoes seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper

Put the butter and olive oil in the pan and add the garlic and onion for a few minutes until it just starts to become brown. Add the jalapenos, jalapeno juice, tomatoes, cilanto and cook it on high for a couple of minutes.

Turn the heat down to low and cook for 20 minutes until it starts to thicken up. Add the crab meat and gently stir (so you dont mess up the lumps) until the mixture is hot.. season it with salt and pepper and put it aside.

Sour cream sauce:

3 cups sour cream
1 cup milk
salt
pepper
chopped cilantro

Mix it all in a bowl and put it aside.

Now you are ready to make your enchiladas. heat up some oil and cook your corn tortillas on each side just until they are soft. Put the crab in the center of each tortilla, roll it up and put it seamside down in a baking dish. Cover the entire thing with the sour cream sauce and put it in a 350 degree oven for 10 or 15 minutes or until everything is nice and hot. Now enjoy - ideally with a glass of riesling!

The best Sleaze-her salad. Cut this in half for small quantities!

14oz anchovies
8 cloves garlic
1 3/4ths cup red wine vinegar
7 tblspoons dry powdered mustard

Put this in a food processor and let it run. Slowly add 4 1/2 cups of regular olive oil.

Add:

4 eggs
14 shakes worcestershire sauce
7 shakes tabasco
2 tablespoons black pepper
two or three handfulls of grated parmigiano cheese

keep the machine running to blend it all in!

Put this on romaine lettuce and sprinkle with more cheese.
